Keeping your mind and body fit

Clemson Downs offers a whole-body approach to our wellness program. We host a variety of classes designed to fit everyone’s schedules and ability. Our credentialed staff also create customized one on one restorative, balance and strength building sessions. We host weekly chair yoga classes and work closely with the Greenville Area Parkinson’s Society (GAPS) with our GAPS-in-Motion exercise classes and a Parkinson’s Peer Support Group. The GAPS classes are also available to community members at no cost.

Clemson Downs has several options for our residents to work out on exercise machines and equipment, including a wide variety of free weights. Our classes are always changing and being updated to keep our residents challenged and active.

In addition to our indoor classes, our wellness team utilizes our 38-acre campus to focus on increasing mobility and stamina with outdoor walks. Our staff also hosts walks at our neighboring South Carolina Botanical Garden and other hikes and trails around the Clemson and Upstate area.
